Donna M. DeGonzaque

Donna M. DeGonzaque, 78, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2026.

Donna was born in Syracuse, New York, on December 13, 1947, to the late Henry and Mina Popps. She worked for over 40 years as a Recreation Aide at Bellevue Elementary School in the Syracuse City School District. She loved nothing more than spending time with her friends and family, sharing laughs, shopping, sipping on a cocktail, and listening to her favorite music.

Donna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Walter J. DeGonzaque, and her brother, Henry H. Popps, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Michelle (Daniel) Scobell, Terri Kiely, Wesley (Maxine) DeGonzaque, and Matthew DeGonzaque; her grandchildren, Justin Scobell, Ryan Scobell, Kylee Scobell, Kadee Scobell, Evan Kiely, Alayna Wood, Wesley DeGonzaque, Jr., Collin DeGonzaque, Rosalena DeGonzaque, Cecilia DeGonzaque and her great-grandchildren, Lily DeGonzaque and Levi Scobell. She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.

Donna will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, former coworkers, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Per Donna’s wishes there will be no services.
