Donna M. Ekross, 74, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Monday surrounded by her family, due to complications from a fall.
She was born to the late Raymond and Doris Calkins, and grew up on Church Road in Baldwinsville.
Donna married Jeffrey Ekross in 1966, and went on to raise a happy family.
She enjoyed trips and gatherings with her family. Donna was a warm, kind-hearted person with a great sense of humor.
Donna was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Doris Calkins; beloved husband, Jeffrey L. Ekross and brothers, Thomas Calkins and Gerald Calkins.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Michelle) Ekross and Denise Ekross; grandchildren, Emily Ekross and Cicely Ekross; step-daughter, Terry Austin and her children Maggie and Chauncey; twin sister, Diane (Gene) Koprowski; sister, Joanne (Sam) Bonaventura; brother, Jim (Wilma) Calkins; several nieces, nephews and dear in-laws.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at 10:30am at St. Augustine's Church, 7333 O'Brien Road, Baldwinsville, NY.
