Donna L Kelley

Donna L Kelley, 72, of Syracuse, passed away on July 20, 2026 at Upstate University Hospital.

She was born on February 14, 1954 to Joseph and Ikey (Shepard) Macina in Syracuse, NY.

Donna retired from Syracuse University after working there as a housekeeper for a proud 33 years.

Donna was married to John Kelley, and they lived together in Syracuse, New York.

She could often be found at the casino or playing bingo. She also loved spending time together with her grandkids.

Donna was a true fighter, and was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She was a truly wonderful mother, and considered a best friend by her daughters.

Donna is survived by Daughters, Melissa Kelley and Carrie (Kenneth) Kelley Lee, Grandchildren Arianna, Kadence, Nevaeh, Linda, Lexi, and Bryce, great grandchild, Lily, Sister, Joanne, Brothers, Robert and David, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, John, Son, Joseph, Grandchild, Nathan, and Sister, Patty.

Visitation will be held Sunday, July, 26, 2026 from 12pm-2pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, New York.
