Donnie Wayne Cooper

Donnie Wayne Cooper was born on March 13, 1995, to Freddie Cooper and Henrietta Butcher Cooper Honea. He passed away on November 23, 2025, in Syracuse, NY, following a brief illness. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Cooper and Henrietta Honea; his daughter, Mary Ann Cooper; grandson, Nathan Cooper; brothers, Jerry Cooper, Dannie Cooper and James Honea; and sisters, Glenda Tindell and Diane Cooper. 

Donnie is survived by his grandsons, Dylan, Justin and Dawson; his brothers, Charles (Wanda) Honea and Coy (Trish) Carter; sister, Beverly (Dennis) Hutto; and several nieces and nephews. 

Donnie was known for his ability to create moments of intense excitement, bitter defeat, and hilarious inside jokes. He was a master of causing both smiles and groans simultaneously, which endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Rest in peace Donnie. Your memory will live on in the hearts of those who shared countless rounds of fun with you. 

In keeping with Donnie's wishes, there will be no services.
