Doreen A. Bouissey

Doreen Bouissey, 57, passed away November 29th, after a long battle with cancer. She passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family and closest, dearest friends.

Doreen was born in Syracuse, NY and remained a lifelong resident. She attended Henninger High School and graduated in 1986. After high school, she became a computer operator for Pomco Insurance Company.

Despite her long battle with cancer, Doreen kept on smiling and enjoyed life to its fullest. She loved the casino, music, dancing and attending local band concerts. Doreen also loved animals. She enjoyed spending time with all her cats and her sweet little dog, Oliver.

Doreen is survived by her brother, Kurt Bouissey; sister-in-law, Anne Bouissey; two nieces, Kayla Bouissey and Kara Bouissey; nephew, Joshua Bouissey; two great nieces, Aubrey and Layla; as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles.

No services will be held per Doreen's wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice or The Cancer Society.
