Douglas J. Searight, 37, of North Syracuse passed unexpectedly Monday. A life resident of Syracuse, Douglas worked at St. Joseph's Hospital for 18 years. He is predeceased by his father, Thomas F. Searight.
He is survived by his mother; Linda Hobbs, a brother Thomas Searight, his grandmother; Elizabeth Creno, two aunts; Marlene Polge and Michelle Creno, two uncles; Michael and Charles Creno.
Services will be held on Friday at 7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St. (Rte 11).
Contributions in his name may be made to American Diabetes Association.
