Edward W. Lenweaver

Edward W. Lenweaver, 82 of Minoa, NY, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026 surrounded by his loving children. He was born in Syracuse, NY on March 19, 1943 to the late Edward Lenweaver and Rose Meyers.

 He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He was an avid golfer and former golf pro. He loved watching Syracuse Football and the Cleveland Browns.

 He is survived by his children, Patti (Michael) O’Neil, Brian (Brenda) Lenweaver and Amy (Paul Jr.) Granato; grandchildren, Tim, Jenna, Iris, Matthew and Julia; great-grandchildren, River and Eli. Also survived by step-children, Helene and Michael and their children; siblings, Michael, Terry, Gary, Butch, Tom, Faye also Thomas, David and Robert and his beloved dog, Joe Joe.

 He was predeceased by his loving partner, Barbara; sisters, Patricia, Cindy, Pat, Susan and step-daughter, Debbie.

 Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 4-7pm.

 Funeral Services will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 10am. Burial will follow at North Syracuse Cemetery.
