Elaine Forian, 69 of LaFayette, passed away at Syracuse Home in Baldwinsville, NY.
She is survived by her children, Christine (Mark) Duff, Robert (Audrey) Musengo; grandchildren; Joshua & Matthew Duff.
A Sister Judith Bogan and a brother Raymond Donath.
Several nieces and nephews. We would like to Thank the Syracuse Homes for their care.
