Eleanor Barton, 83, of Liverpool passed away Wednesday. Born in Syracuse she worked as a Candle Decorator with Mack Miller. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard who passed in 1997.
She is survived by her daughter; Marianne (EJ) Donovan, a son George (Marion) Barton, her sister; Ruth Ward and her grandchildren; Kimberly, Eddie, Shane and Claire.
Services will be held on Friday at 7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will take place in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, before the service.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY and/or to Francis House.
