Ellen M. Taylor

Ellen M. Taylor, 86 of Canastota, NY, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026. She was born in Cohasset, MA on May 6, 1940 to the late Russell and Erma Sholes.

 Ellen loved crafting, watching game shows, the outdoors, especially going on trips with her family.

 She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Edward J. Taylor; children, David F. Tisdale (Novia), Wallace E. Tisdale (Debra), Dorothy E. Agrippino (Nicholas) and Ginger L. McGuire (Michael); grandchildren, Delia, David Jr., Wallace, Brittany, Brian, Samantha, Nicholas, Justin, Nicholas, Fawnna, Johanna and Jerrid; many great-grandchildren; nephew, Michael Stiefel (Gilda) and sister, Carol Collins (Dennis).

 Predeceased by her son, Howard Tisdale.
