Enjoli M. French, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, at Crouse Hospital, leaving behind an enduring legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on December 30, 1979, in Syracuse, New York, Enjoli brought joy to the lives of those around her, with her vibrant spirit and the warmth she shared.
Enjoli was a devoted mother, and her greatest pride came from her children, Nevaeh Emmons and Austin Emmons. Her love for them was immeasurable, characterized by laughter, adventure, and the priceless moments they shared together. Enjoli found a special delight in spending time with her family, and the memories made during those gatherings will forever be etched in the hearts of her loved ones.
She is survived by her father, James French and also leaves behind her siblings: two sisters, Jennifer (Richard) Dunham-Rolfe and Azure French, along with her brother, James French. The love and bond they shared will continue to resonate through the stories and experiences that define their family tapestry.
A special light in the lives of her family were her three great nieces, Joycelynn, Charlotte, and Melody, who brought her immense joy and delight. The laughter and play they shared will be memories held dearly in their hearts. Among her close circle was her dear friend, Monica Harp, who was a source of support and companionship, illustrating the depth of Enjoli's relationships.
Enjoli was predeceased by her beloved mother, Anita, whose spirit undoubtedly watched over her as she moved through life. The absence of her mother left a space that can never be filled but will always be acknowledged and remembered with love.
Known for her appreciation of natural beauty, Enjoli found solace in watching sunsets, a simple yet profound joy that mirrored her outlook on life. Her passion for life's fleeting moments was contagious, reminding everyone around her to appreciate the world and each other fully.
Friends and family are invited to gather for a visitation on March 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY, 13212. It is a time to come together, share stories, and honor the beautiful soul that Enjoli was.
