Ethel Perfetto, 74, of Brewerton passed away Thursday at home following a long battle with cancer. Born in East Rochester, NY she enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and camping at East Coast Resorts. Ethel is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, James Perfetto, who passed in December 2008, two brothers, Robert and William Clark and two sisters, Mary Whitford and Jean Bestor.
She is survived by her children; Carmela (Anthony) Torzon, Marie (William Thomas) Pirro, Anthony (Joanne) Perfetto, Jeanne Smith, James Perfetto, William (Joanne) Perfetto, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Burial will follow in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, from 1-4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of Central New York.
