Faith A. Loran, born on July 22, 1972, in Oswego, New York, peacefully passed away at her home in Clay, NY on April 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Her absence leaves a profound space in the hearts of all who knew her, but the warmth of her memory will endure.
Faith was a beacon of love and tenderness, especially in her cherished roles as a mother figure and grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she relished every moment spent nurturing and guiding those she held dear. The joy she found in watching her grandchildren grow and thrive brought her immense happiness and fulfillment.
A true spirit of celebration, Faith embraced the holidays with particular delight, especially Christmas time. These moments were marked by her heartfelt enthusiasm and the special touch she added to each festivity, making family gatherings a treasured tradition that many will remember fondly.
Faith's commitment extended beyond her family into her community through her dedicated involvement in the Worship Team. Her pride in this role reflected her deep faith and the joy she drew from music and fellowship within her church.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents, John and Sandra Harris and her sister Lori. Faith is survived by her devoted husband, Scott Loran; her four daughters, Alissia (Zach) Arnold, Mariah (Tanner) Burrows, Kayla Loran, and Brianna Bergeron; her five cherished grandchildren; her brother, Paul Harris; and her three sisters, Colleen Best, Sherrie Hinton, and Star Harris. Their lives are touched immeasurably by her love and strength.
A memorial service to honor Faith’s life will be held on April 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at North Syracuse Baptist Church-The Gathering Place, located at 420 S. Main Street, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
Faith’s gentle spirit, unwavering love, and the joy she found in family and faith serve as a lasting testament to a life well-lived. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
