Floyd Proctor

Floyd C. (Keeto) Proctor Jr., 92, passed away July 15, 2025. He was born September 19, 1932 to the late Floyd C. and Nettie Proctor. He attended Liverpool Central School.

Floyd served in the Army from 1952-1954. He retired from General Electric after 33 years and from Publix in Florida after 7 years.

Floyd was a devoted husband and father. He married Linda LaRonde October 03, 1963 and became a loving father to Cary S. Meyer. Cary was the apple of his eye. He loved Cary with all his heart.

Floyd was a member of Cicero 787 American Legion and Cicero United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Linda A. Proctor; his step-son, Cary (Michelle) Meyer; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved.

There will be no funeral per Floyd’s wishes. Burial will be private and convenience of the family.
