Francis J. Ziegler, 98, of North Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday at the Oxford Veteran's Home.
He is survived by a brother, Harry C. Ziegler; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Monday 10AM at Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse, NY.
