Frank Mandicott, 64 of East Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully with his brother by his side.
He was born on September 3, 1954, in Flushing, NY, to Lucy and James Mandicott, Jr.
He was a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and worked for over 40 years in Human Resources.
Frank loved animals, the outdoors, and volunteering.
He is survived by his mother, Lucy; identical twin brother, Bill (Eleanor) Mandicott; sister, Linda Calandrillo; nephews, Anthony and James; niece, Lisa, and his beloved cat, Simon.
He was predeceased by his father, James Jr.
