Frank M. Smith, 64, of Cicero, NY passed away peacefully with his family by his side.
Frank was born in Washington, DC, but lived all of his adult life in the Syracuse area.
He is survived by his 3 children, Frank (Stacy) Smith of Mt. Clemens, MI, Regina (Eric) Baumbach of Sterling Heights, MI and Vickie Smith of Norwich, NY; siblings, Edward (Jay) Smith of Cicero, NY, Robert (Jo) Smith of Onondaga Hill, NY, Denise (Glenn) Evensen of Amelia Island, FL, Debra Pynn of Amelia Island, FL and Erin (Pete) Smith of North Syracuse, NY; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was predeceased by his wife, Donna Smith.
Graveside Service will remain private.
