Frederick A. Merchant, 19, of Clay, passed away on Sunday. He was born on April 29, 1993 in Syracuse, son of Debra Merchant. He was an avid baseball fan, enjoyed playing video games and was proud to have run in the Utica Boilermaker.
Surviving are his mother, Debra Merchant, sister, Kelli Merchant, brother, Joseph Merchant, maternal grandparents; Stewart Farber & Jane Kelley.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 10 – 12pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., with services to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to North Area Family YMCA, 4775 Wetzel Rd., Liverpool, NY 13090.
