Genevieve Tomas, of Liverpool, passed away Monday at home. She loved shopping, her granddaughters and her rose garden. She is predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Wallace J. Tomas Sr.
She is survived by her sons, Wallace Tomas Jr. and Martin (Mary Ann) Tomas; granddaughters, Mary (Ben) Wayne and Alicia (Kevin) Liechti; a sister, Rose Piascik; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday 10 AM at Transfiguration Church. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
