George F. Newman, Jr., a cherished soul whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025, in Syracuse, New York, at the age of 67. Born on November 28, 1957, in Endicott, New York, George was a remarkable individual, known for his generous spirit and the ability to bring joy to those around him.

George was beloved by everyone who knew him. His gentle demeanor and unwavering support made a lasting impression on friends and family alike. He had a unique way of creating bonds, reminding us all of the importance of community and connection.

He is survived by his devoted sisters, Kristine Rinaldi and Valerie Newman, alongside his cherished nephew, Anthony Rinaldi. George also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will fondly remember the joy he brought into their lives.

George was preceded in death by his parents, Arlene and George F. Newman, Sr.; niece, Rachael Newman; as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. Their legacy of love and guidance undoubtedly shaped the remarkable man George became.
