Gerald F. Mikels
March 17, 1952 — May 12, 2025
Gerald F. Mikels, 73 of Mattydale, NY, passed away on May 12, 2025. He was born in Syracuse, NY on March 17, 1952 to the late Walter and Charlotte Mikels.
He loved camping, hunting and spending time with his family. He was a life member of The Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Pamela Mikels; child, Scott Mikels and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by his brother, Ronald Mikels.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212 on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 4-7pm. Funeral services will follow at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hinsdale Fire Department or Arc of Onondaga.
