Gerald W. "Jerry" Featherly, 72, of E. Syracuse, passed away on Wed. at Crouse hospital with his long time companion, Hazel Weston, by his side. He was born October 26, 1939 in Syracuse, son of Chester and Julia Hale Featherly, Sr.
He was predeceased by a brother, Chester, Jr. and 2 sisters; Ruth Hilleges and Shirley Lawson.
Surviving are his companion, Hazel, 3 brothers; Ronald, Robert and Richard Featherly, 3 sisters, Mary Butler, Carol Gilkey, Linda Margensey, several nieces, nephews and Hazel's children and grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
Contributions to American Cancer Society.
