Gertrude Towndrow, 90, of Mattydale passed away Sunday. Born in Hornell, NY she was employed with the North Syracuse Central School District for many years.
Survivors include three sons; Joe, Millard and Raymond, three daughters; Kate, Lula and Irene, three sisters; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be on Thursday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main St.
