Harold was a graduate of Eastwood High School and Syracuse University. He was a retired professional salesman.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Harold is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Bernadette (McManus) Smith; his daughters, Julie Smith and Elizabeth (Ben) Cassalia; his grandchildren, Ryan, Molly and Logan MacMaster, Jesse and Brody Cassalia; his sister, Sandra Hansen; his brother, Ronald (Anna) Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
Harold was a nature lover.
In lieu of flowers, consider planting a tree or hanging a bird feeder in his memory or contributing to the Onondaga Audubon Society, P.O. Box 620, Syracuse, NY 13201.
