Harold E. Tupper, 89, of Syracuse passed away Sunday. Born in Carthage, NY he was a Painter with CNY Painters and the Allied Trades Union.
Dad cared for his family above all else. He enjoyed helping others and loved to dance.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years; Violet (Gargaro) Tupper, his daughter; Deborah (Spencer) Baker and his granddaughter, Kaitlin Baker.
Services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main Street.
Contributions may be made to St. Lucy's Church.
