Hilda J. Buckbee, 92, of Phoenix, NY, passed away on Friday. She was born on December 11, 1922 in Syracuse, daughter of the late James and Myrtle Buckbee. She was last employed at Crouse-Irving Hospital for many years.She was predeceased by a brother, Howard Buckbee.
Surviving are her son James (Carolyn) Buckbee, of Baldwinsville, 2 granddaughters; Janette (Gary) Hatashita, of Baldwinsville, Malina (Emre) Salman, of Long Island, along with 2 great granddaughters; Claire & Maya.
Services will be private. There are no calling hours. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Oswego, at a later date in the fall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Phoenix, NY.
