James A. "Jimmy" McVicar, 52 of Syracuse, passed away at home. He was born on March 2, 1962 in Glasgow, Scotland, son of the late James & Annie McVicar. He served in the US Army and enjoyed military history.
Surviving are 2 children; Jimmy McVicar, Brussels, Belgium and Shauna Silvester, Liverpool, NY, 4 siblings; Jean Shaw, Orlando, FL, Stuart McVicar, Glasgow, Scotland, Karen Tobin, Fulton, Elaine (Puckey) McVicar, Rochester, along with nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday December 19th from 11-1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, with services to follow.
