James V. Delia, born on January 11, 1956, departed this world on December 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, James was known for his quiet demeanor and easy-going nature, which endeared him to all who knew him.
For 35 years, James dedicated his skills to the automotive field as an accomplished auto mechanic. His knowledge and craft were matched only by his passion for the profession, which resonated within the hearts of his family and friends who witnessed his commitment to his work.
James found joy in many hobbies, particularly in playing the drums, where he expressed his rhythm and creativity. He shared countless hours of laughter and camaraderie with his son Christopher through their mutual love of flying remote control airplanes—a cherished tradition that created lasting memories.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy Delia, with whom he shared 48 wonderful years of marriage. Their bond was a testament to true companionship, filled with love and support. James also leaves behind his son, Stephan (Jessica) Delia, and his cherished grandson, Owen Delia, who brought immense joy to his life. Additionally, he is remembered fondly by several nieces and nephews, each carrying a piece of his spirit.
James is preceded in death by his parents, James V. Sr and Ruth Delia, and his son Christopher Delia. Their memories remain interwoven within the fabric of his life, guiding him throughout his journey.
