James Phinney, 47, of Phoenix died Saturday. He was predeceased by his father, Gerald F. Phinney.
Surviving are his wife Sandra; sons, Corey and Shawn; daughter, Karrie; mother and step father, Ellen and Erwin Pratt; brother, Mark; sisters, Debbie Nodzo and Karen Bondranko; mother -in-law, Joyce (Stephen) Roberts; father-in-law Richard Lewis.
Services will be 1 PM on Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
Burial will be in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 11AM-1PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the family would be appreciated.
