James was born in Syracuse on August 13, 1958 to the late John and Estelle Przybycien. He is survived by his three brothers, John Przybycien (Liverpool), Gary Przybycien (Jamesville), and Ronald (Sherry) Przybycien (Bradenton, FL); and several nieces and nephews.
