Predeceased by his parents, Merrill & Irene Rowley and brother in law Gary Bippus.
He is survived by his brothers, Merrill Rowley & Edward Orlick and sister Joan Bippus; nieces, Jill Doheny, Jessica Hoffman, Lindsey Bippus & nephew Brett Rowley, many friends.
Graduated from Baldwinsville Academy & worked at Indian Springs Manufacturing in Baldwinsville as a machinist for most of his life.
He was a Navy Veteran.
