Jane M Moulton

Jane Moulton, 81, of West Monroe, passed away on June 24, 2026 at The Cottages at Garden Grove.

She was born the youngest of five, on July 5, 1944 to Walter and Harriet (Prime) Vanderworken in Rome, NY.

Jane spent over 20 years working for Cambridge Filter in Liverpool NY, before becoming a Nurse and working at A.L.Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton NY.

On January 6th, 1966, she married Joe Moulton. Jane and Joe lived together in West Monroe, New York.

Jane was an avid gardener who loved to bake, and decorate for various holidays. Most of all, she loved to spend time together with her grandkids.

Jane is survived by her Son, Joe (Lucy) Moulton Jr., Daughter, Melissa (Simha) Nagaraj, Sister, Diane Avery, Grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Rebecca, Joseph, Sofia, Maya, Aiden, she was also a "Great-Grandma" to many Great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Joe Moulton Sr.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 28th at 1:00pm at Trach-Auringer VFW Post 7325, 1560 State Route 49, Constantia, NY 13044.

Memorials are suggested to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, and the SPCA.
