Janice B. Ross Farmer, 63, of Solvay passed away with her family & friends by her side. She was born on July 14, 1948 in Syracuse. She last worked at St. Agnes Florist in Syracuse.
She is survived by her husband, of 11 ½ years, Harry A. Farmer, sister, Linda Rowley, N. Syracuse, brother, William Ross, Phoenix, AZ, her in-laws; Mary Pangaro, DeWitt, George Farmer, TN, Woodrow Farmer, Phoenix, NY , along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 3-5pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
