She was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Shirley Slocum; sisters, Carol Bailey, Beverly Lwe, and Barbara Chimiklis.
She is survived by her son, Charles R. (Brandi) Dexter III; sister, Gail Andrews; grandchildren, Makenna and Grayson.
