Jeanne L. Garrison, of Mattydale, 81, passed away on Saturday after a long illness. She was born on November 14, 1931 daughter of the late Glen and Mary Smith. Jeanne was a graduate of Jamesville High School and the Central Tech Nursing School. She was last employed as an LPN in the local hospitals and nursing homes.
Jeanne is survived by her husband Robert, of 42 years, daughters, Carrie Dumas (Rodger Beaulieu), Sandra Garrison (Tim Jones), 3 sisters; Audrey (Merrell) Knapp, Mary (William) Tily, Brenda (Donald) Bex, brother, James Smith (Sandra Houseman), along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours on Monday from 12-2pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the SPCA.
