He was born on June 24, 1958, in Syracuse, New York to Arthur Frank & Wanda Ketaily.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Frank & Wanda Ketaily.
Jeffrey is survived by his son, Joseph (Jennifer) Frank of Roanoke, VA; daughter, Melissa Frank; brother, Arthur (Candice) Frank; sisters, Deborah Hudson & Beverly Dantes; grandchildren, Addison & Lily Frank; nephew, Joshua Hudson; & niece, Sarah Frank.
Calling hours will be held Monday, October 5, 2015, from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 pm. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street.
