She was predeceased by her husband James Strodel and her son Edward Karpinski, III.
She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Cook of LaFayette and Cathy Maloof of Syracuse; son, Edward Karpinski of Brewerton; 3 step children, Marylou Goodman of Washington, Barbara Strodel of Oregon, and James Strodel, Jr. of Syracuse; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services are private.
