Joseph C. Ruley Sr., 68, of Syracuse, passed away April 4th. He is survived by his longtime companion, Elaine Cooper; his children; and step-children. All of whom he loved very much.
Calling hours will be Friday from 11-1PM at New Comer Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1PM. Burial will be at Loomis Hill Cemetery.
