Joseph A. "Joe" Castro, 60, of Camillus, passed away on Thursday. Joseph was born in Kittery, Maine on August 11, 1960 son of Joseph and Joan Castro. Joseph was retired from the US Postal Service after 35 years. Joe was an avid NY Mets and Minnesota Vikings Fan. He also enjoyed traveling especially his trips to Canada.
He is survived by mother, Joan Doldo, children, Katrina Castro, Hannah (Steven) Castro-Spencer, Shawn Castro, Joseph Castro, God-daughter, Giavanna "Pikachu" Castro, brothers, Greg (Darlene) Castro, Robert (Valerie) Castro, along with nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
