Joyce E. Oleksak

Joyce E. Oleksak, 88, of Mattydale, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024. Joyce was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Bertha and William Kline. She was a graduate of North Syracuse High School and went onto retire from K-Mart after 25 years of service. Joyce married the late Michael Oleksak in 1955 and together they raised their three children in Mattydale. Joyce loved traveling, having garage sales and gardening. Some of her favorite travel trips were cruises with her children and train rides with her husband. 

She is survived by her children, Mark (Leslie) Oleksak, Linda Hunter and Donald (Kimberly) Oleksak; grandchildren, Michael (Nichole), Julia (Nate), Benjamin and Kathryn and great-grandchildren, Everett and Dean. 

Services will be private for the family.
