Kathleen P. Alper, 69, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Thursday. She obtained her Masters Degree from Syracuse University and retired from the Syracuse City School Dist.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald V. Richards Sr.; her son, David L. Alper; her daughter, Elizabeth (Jason R.) Alper Dutterer; a step daughter, Lisa Borasky; three grandchildren; her sister, Deborah (Raymond) Platt; her brother, David (Alicia) Pender; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Memorial Service will be Tuesday, 11AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to a charity of your choice.
