Kathleen R. Binder, 59, of Oswego, passed away Tuesday. She was the daughter of Lucille and James Riggs. She was a loving mother and devoted to her family.
Kathy is predeceased by her parents and her aunt, Virginia Horan.
She is survived by three daughters, Kelly (Aissa) Khirani, Katie (Steve) Fenton and Kristen (David Halstead) Binder; a son, James Binder; a granddaughter, Kathleen.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Contributions may be made to the CNY Alzheimer's Association, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
