Kenneth Schad, 62, was called home after a long battle with an illness. Kenneth is the son of Frank Schad (Linda) of Jamesville, NY and Arlene Brick (Michael) of Manlius, NY. Kenneth is survived by six siblings, nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was a graduate of the Culinary Instituate of America. He went on to have a successful career as both a private and commercial chef as well as Director of Food Services at Xavier University.
Kenneth dreamed big from the time he was a child. He was passionate about food, travel and good friends. He was well known for his incredible sense of humor and good nature.
Kenneth will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
