Kevin S. Sibson

Kevin S. Sibson, 83, of Queensbury, NY, formerly of Syracuse NY passed away peacefully on Friday October 16 at home surrounded by his family.

Born on February 19, 1943 in Syracuse, NY he was the only son of Clarence and Wava (Chitteden) Sibson.

Kevin worked for Syroco for years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, bowling, traveling, gardening, and sports. 

He was a devoted step-dad to Teri (Joe), Tami (Bart), and especially Leah, whom he resided with. 

Kevin enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren Conner, Cody, Brendan, and Sophia, as well as three great grandchildren. 

Kevin was predeceased by his partner Helen Dixon Alchesky, and his parents Clarence and Wava. 

Visitation will be held Thursday October 22, 2026 from 10am to 11am with a Funeral Ceremony at 11am, at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. A burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Dewitt, NY following the services.
