LeRoy "Dave" Last

LeRoy "Dave" Last, 82, of Central Square, NY passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025. He was born in 1943 and was a graduate from Mexico Academy, Class of '60. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and carried that honor throughout his life.

Dave enjoyed his simple pleasures such as hunting, fishing, gardening, westerns and cheering on his Buffalo Bills and New York Knicks. He took pride in his work as a furniture upholsterer, and was employed for 30 years at Marcellus Casket Co. and was a Central Square School bus driver.

LeRoy was predeceased by his parents, Robert Last, Doris Angarano, his brothers, Bobby & Norman Last and sister, Charlene LaManna.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary (Maslen) Last, their 4 children, Jennifer Weaver, Lorraine Stevens, Lucas Last, JoAnna Last, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, his 3 sisters, all residing in Florida; Edie Borza, Patty Nodecker, and Linda Killenbeck.

No services will be held per his request.
