Linda Alcaras

Linda L. Alcaras, 84, of Liverpool, passed away April 6, 2025. Linda was born in Syracuse, New York on April 8, 1940 to Richard and Althea Lewis.

Linda was a stay at home wife. In her free time, she enjoyed baking, knitting, crocheting, loved going to the casino, and loved dancing.

She was preceded in death by Father, Richard Lewis; Mother, Althea Painter; Son, Mark Sorrendino; Brothers, John Lewis, Richard Lewis; Sister, Beverly Pierce.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Giovanni Alcaras, Two Daughters, Susan (Darryll) Sorrendino-Bowman, Anne Marie Sorrendino; Two Sons, Stephen Sorrendino, Michael Sorrendino; 11 Grandchildren; 8 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Susie Wigham; very close Niece, Patty; many other Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins; and Step-Children, Tina Alcaras, Tania and Vincenzo Alcaras.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 1pm - 4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 North Main Street, Syracuse, where funeral services will follow at 4pm.
