Lucy M. Waldby

Lucy M. Waldby, 86 of Syracuse, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026 in Oswego, NY. She was born on September 15, 1939 in Doutyville, PA to the late Claude E. and Thea (Ramer) Bird.

 She loved gardening and craftwork.

 She is survived by her son, Keith Waldby (partner, Tina); grandchildren, Kristin M. (Andrew) Torres and Kaylee L. Waldby; brother, Dale (Ginger) Bird and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Kathleen A. (Kloster) Waldby; brother, William and sister-in-law, Shirley Bird.

 Burial will remain private.

 Donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
