Lulu V. Francey, 86, of Liverpool, passed away Tuesday at home.
Lulu is survived by her daughter, Becky (Carl) Marlow; sister, Ella Gillis; grandchildren, Crystal Earl, Joni Dye, Michelle Varma and Joe Marlow.
Services will be Tuesday 10 a.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Fulton Alliance Church.
