Marie Pollock

Marie Pollock, 88, of Cicero, NY, died Monday, June 15, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse. Born November 14, 1937, in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late James and Fannie (Lamanna) Rausa.

On June 1, 1957, in Syracuse, she married H. Richard “Dick” Pollock, who survives. Marie graduated from Eastwood High School in 1954. Marie retired in 1996 from Key Bank as Assistant Branch Manager. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Church in Cicero, NY, for 60 years.

Surviving, besides her husband Dick, are Karen Pollock; Richard Pollock (Chris); Steven Pollock; and James “Jay” Pollock; her grandchildren K.C. TenBroeck (Karson), Julian Pollock, Alyssa Cortina (Ronald), and Amanda Truscello (John); and several great-grandchildren, nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews. She is also survived by her brothers, James Rausa and Frank Rausa.

Marie is predeceased by her brother, Gerald “Jerry” Rausa; his life mate, Linda Dararas; and her sister-in-law, Amy Rausa.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 North Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212, Thursday, June 25th, from 4 to 7 pm. Burial will take place at 11am, Friday, June 26th, at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse.
