Mark Richard Victory, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday at Upstate University Hospital.
He was born in Syracuse, NY son of the late Harold and Carolyn (Smith) Victory.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 28 years, Betty Jane Victory.
Mark is survived by his 2 sons; Daniel Victory and Christopher Victory, sister Rita Brezee, brother Paul (Virginia) Victory, his wife, Geraldine Victory and her daughters, along with many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
